Provided consultative services for Living Spaces Furniture, a California based retailer, which included the negotiations and development of their economic incentive agreement with the City of Frisco and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation. Living Spaces opened a 150,000 SF home furnishing store on SH121 at Hillcrest Road in the City of Frisco. Living Spaces has 26 stores across California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
