Provided Developer guidance and assistance in negotiations that obtained approval of a significant economic incentive package from the City of Princeton, Princeton Economic Development Corporation and the Princeton Community Development Corporation to benefit the Princeton Crossroads Project. The economic incentives will facilitate 197-acres of commercial development within the 297-acre master-planned, mixed-use Princeton Crossroads, which is located on US380 at Boorman Lane. Princeton Crossroads will include residential, retail, restaurants, medical, office, hotel and entertainment will be anchored by a new municipal City Hall and a public park.
